The journey began in May 2022 when they closed on the home after years of dreaming about owning it. Meet Alpha-Lit! Owned by Teri and Anthony Wolfskill, Alpha-Lit BCS has been illuminating events across the Brazos Valley since August 2021. Santa's Wonderland
Now Over 150 Acres of all things Christmas, The first steps toward Santa’s Wonderland began in 1998, founded by Scott Medlin and his parents, Phil and Ann. Back when the location was “out in the middle of nowhere,” Ann Medlin says. “I remember saying to him, ‘Scott, who’s gonna come out here?’” All these years later, the location isn’t so remote, and the park attracts visitors from all around the state. Despite the growth, Scott Medlin emphasizes that it has stayed true to how it started: a family business.
Restore Hyper Wellness
Founded by former Texas A&M basketball players Katy and Logan Lee, Restore Hyper Wellness is dedicated to helping the community achieve optimal health. La Bodega
Welcome Back, La Bodega Baja Taco Bar! 🌮 After a decade-long hiatus, La Bodega Baja Taco Bar has reopened bringing back its beloved Baja-style Mexican cuisine. Originally opened in 2000 in Northgate, owners and brothers Costa and Andreas Dallis saw an opportunity to revive the restaurant in a new, more spacious location, aiming to cater to both old fans and new patrons. Their goal was to create a fun, unique taco experience for the College Station community, blending Tex-Mex and Cal-Mex styles. La Bodega is famous for its 30 oz. martinis and creative taco combinations, all served in a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the local culture. The restaurant aims to offer something truly special, making it a favorite for both locals and students alike; rekindling fond memories and creating new ones.
